Last year we held two online community prayer walks, each of which gathered more than 600 believers from around the world to pray. This Spring, more than 600 people from all over responded to the call to gather and pray at the FaithTree Spring Online Prayer Walk that we participated in alongside FaithTree’s other sponsoring churches. It was an incredible, encouraging day that we know the Lord used in powerful ways and one we are eager to repeat. We are called every day to pray without ceasing and to rejoice before our God (1 Thess. 5:16-18). FaithTree had planned a Spring Prayer Walk to pray for our community in that spirit that had to be canceled last month due to the situation around the coronavirus. However, in partnership with our sponsoring churches, other wonderful area churches and individuals throughout the community, we are going to have an online prayer walk today, May 14! We are excited to see what God will do through this time!
